How to apply for a taught degree

Before starting your application we strongly recommend that you consult this site and review any relevant information for prospective postgraduate students on the appropriate Graduate School web-pages via the links to the right.

To apply for a postgraduate taught programme, you need to provide:

  • Final or current undergraduate degree transcript
  • Degree certificate
  • 2 references on headed paper (academic or professional - see course entry requirements)
  • copy of your passport (photopage)

If English is not your first language, you will be required to provide a language test before you can start your studies. Please see details of our entry requirements.

***Please note scanned applications sent by e-mail are no longer accepted. Documents received without an application already filled-in will not be considered and will be discarded.***

Apply online

The quickest and easiest way to apply for admission to a postgraduate taught degree is to Apply online. Fill out the standard application form online and attach a scanned copy of the supporting documents listed above. Instructions are provided throughout the online form and you can consult the Applicant's guide to online application  to help you complete your application. You may save and return to your application as many times as you wish before submitting it.

Apply by post

You can still make a postal application using our Application for Graduate Studies and Referee's Report forms which should be completed and returned together with all supporting documents to the Postgraduate Admissions Office at the address below.
